- Make all arrangement to show you those homes that meet your criteria (appointment to show)
- Be available to answer any questions
- Provide a comprehensive market analysis on the property you are considering
- Prepare the contract of sale and explain each detail to you
- Provide copies to you of all documents involved
- Negotiate on your behalf
- Provide you with a checklist for moving once the contract is ratified
- Assist with the coordination of necessary inspections of the property
- Accompany you on those inspections
- Review inspection report and negotiate as necessary
- Assist with removal of contingencies
- Order termite inspection
- Review HUD statement with you prior to settlement
- Accompany you to final walk-thru
- Confirm with you the time, date, and location of settlement
