Union County Luxury Home market! Who is buying and where? 
Well it's in the middle of summer 2008 and Luxury homes sales here in Union County have been hard to come by. From my research Providence Downs South has been the most successful community posting 8 million dollar plus properties to close this year and two just under the million dollar mark. Ten properties to close meaning just over 20% of it's inventory. Way to go Providence Downs South! I find this community to have some very reasonable home prices for the custom home market. Averaging near $180 per sq. ft. homes in this beautiful community are a real value right now!
With the great new Marvin Ridge Middle & High Schools just a short 1.3 mile drive away and the highly ranked Sandy Ridge elementary only 1 mile away this community has been a huge draw to young families who are looking for a luxury life-style in a custom home neighborhood with such close proximity to fabulous schools!
