Well here it is just past the middle of January 2009. As I walked around the office today I noticed a quiet buzzing sound. That the sound of some excitement in the room. Yes a few of my fellow real estate agents had some new deals to put on the board! Wait! Just down the hall I heard another agent walking into a closing! Then as I approached the lobby a set of new buyers just waiting to take advantage of this incredible buyers market! My mind started to churn. Maybe there is hope for our real estate market after all! I started remembering back just 2 years ago when the phones were ringing off the hook! Buyers and sellers were everywhere! Listings would sell in 2 weeks! Yes my attitude started to change for the better! I felt the excitement running through my veins once again! I just have to believe things will be better soon! I need an attitude adjustment! YES! I love my job! I love people! Interest rates are at historic lows! Deals on homes are everywhere! I need to act and stay positive all day, all week, and all year long! This is going to be a great year in Charlotte real estate! Let's join together and be the best we can be and make a difference! Yes, I am off to a great start but it will get even better very soon!
